A closer look at private markets.
Greymarket brings pre-IPO company exposure and tokenized VC funds into one place. Explore private businesses, compare company-linked products and understand the venture portfolio behind a fund token. Greymarket is not a broker or staffed OTC desk. You decide whether to proceed and sign each transaction in your own wallet.
Read your quote status
Ready to quote means you can enter an amount to check a route. Checking route means the request is running. Quote available means a route was found for that amount and funding network. No route means no supported path was found. Restricted means trading is blocked for your detected region. Quotes expire and must be refreshed before execution.
Research does not require a wallet connection. When you are ready to trade, choose the wallet flow that matches your product: the swap panel for supported Solana and EVM routes, or the dedicated Robinhood Chain terminal. Both require your wallet approval.
Explore pre-IPO company exposure
Explore products linked to private companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Anduril, Figure AI, Kalshi, Neuralink and Polymarket. PreStocks and Paimon provide different issuer structures; two products tied to the same company can carry different rights. Pre-IPO describes exposure before a potential public listing, not a promise that an IPO will happen.
Funding starts with USDC on Solana unless you choose another supported network. The selected product determines settlement: Robinhood-issued products settle on Robinhood Chain, PreStocks on Solana, Paimon OpenAI and Kalshi products on BNB Chain, and VCXx on Ethereum. Review the recipient wallet, route, fees and minimum output before signing.
Paimon xOPAI represents indirect profit-participation exposure rather than OpenAI common stock. Paimon xKLSH has its own SPV structure. VCXx tracks the Fundrise Innovation Fund and does not give you direct ownership in the fund’s individual portfolio companies. The issuer documents explain the rights, fees, restrictions and eligibility of each product.
PreStocks tokens provide economic exposure to private companies without granting company equity, voting, dividend or information rights. The named companies do not issue or endorse these tokens. Greymarket checks token addresses against the issuer’s published registry; that check is not a backing audit or a resale guarantee. Token prices may differ from private funding valuations.
PreStocks excludes U.S. persons and other ineligible users. Greymarket blocks curated trade entry when a U.S. location is detected and asks for an eligibility acknowledgment. Location detection and self-attestation do not verify identity or replace issuer requirements. Read the issuer’s eligibility terms before proceeding.
Anthropic: IPO watch and token exposure
Anthropic filed a public S-1 with the SEC on October 26, 2026. Greymarket features the PreStocks token linked to Anthropic, which is a separate issuer product. It is not an IPO allocation or direct Anthropic equity, and a public listing does not guarantee token conversion or a payout. IPO timing remains subject to change. Understand tokenized VC fund exposure
A venture-fund product offers exposure at the fund level, rather than selecting one private company. Greymarket currently lists VCXx, a token linked to the Fundrise Innovation Fund. Research the fund’s mandate, portfolio, fees and issuer terms. Holding the token does not give you direct ownership of each portfolio company, and its market price can differ from the fund’s asset value. Availability, transfer rules and redemption rights depend on the product.
Use the swap and bridge panel
Select a funding token, amount and starting network, then choose your destination. Connect a supported Solana or EVM wallet using the panel’s wallet selector. Check the available route, fees and minimum received, and approve each required step. Keep the panel open to follow execution and check its history before repeating a trade.
A combined bridge and destination purchase is not always available. The separate funding action only bridges USDC or USDT to the chosen network; purchasing the target token requires another action at a new price. If a final swap fails, intermediate assets may remain in the destination wallet. Check the route status and balances before retrying, and do not assume a later purchase will be possible simply because a bridge is available.
The swap panel manages its own wallet connections. New panel transactions appear in Greymarket Activity alongside Robinhood Chain trades saved in this browser. Reopen the panel’s history to refresh or resume a route; earlier panel transactions remain there. Portfolio also offers read-only balance checks for supported destination tokens and settlement cash on Solana, BNB Chain and Ethereum. Indexed portfolio values, stock baskets and allocation plans use Robinhood Chain markets.
Loading the panel connects to third-party wallet and routing services. Those services and network providers receive the quotes, connected addresses and transaction details needed for the route. Greymarket does not hold your signing keys or ask for your seed phrase.
Understand Robinhood Chain quotes
The terminal discovers available pools, reads their state and initialized ticks on Robinhood Chain, and calculates output for your amount. Displayed prices describe the onchain token market rather than a consolidated stock exchange feed. Liquidity figures are estimates supplied by the market indexer.
Separate execution from estimates
Executable trades use a verified venue router. Enabled candidates are quoted onchain, and the selected transaction is refreshed and simulated before signing. Split analytics estimate what distributing an order across pools could achieve; they do not submit a split order.
Check permissions and network fees
Greymarket does not require a centralized account or deposit. Token approvals target the verified venue router and are limited to the requested amount. Keep the appropriate native token for network fees: SOL on Solana and the required gas token on other networks, including ETH on Robinhood Chain.
Review the final wallet request
Slippage determines the lowest acceptable output, while the deadline limits how long the transaction remains valid. If refreshed pricing moves beyond your tolerance, Greymarket asks you to review it again. After confirmation, use the receipt and onchain transaction reference to verify the result. You can copy source addresses without leaving the current order.
Know what balances and history include
Token balances are read from contracts. Estimated values use available pool prices, with USDG shown at its dollar denomination. Activity tracks transactions submitted here and checks receipts onchain; it is not your complete wallet history. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved activity.
Understand how data is used
Market requests pass through Greymarket API routes. A server-side indexer supports pool discovery, and network RPC providers support balance and transaction reads. Greymarket receives your wallet address when needed to load balances or simulate transactions. The application does not include analytics trackers or centralized sign-in.
Check the product and execution risks
Token prices may diverge from the referenced equity, fund value or private-company valuation. Issuer rules, transfer restrictions, liquidity, network conditions and venue availability can affect a trade. Review the token contract, expected output and wallet request before approving.
